REPLACEMENT OF TV BY EARTH ZONE PROPERTIES

I Thato Mothibi complain that on 12 March 2018, Earth Zone Properties send a contractor, Hendrick Building Contractosr to my unit 39 Ruby Corner, to replace my ceiling and painting my unit. While at work I was told that my TV had cracked and that it is no longer working at all. I reported the matter to Earth Zone Properties, asking them to buy me a new TV since it was still very new and because they are the ones who contracted Hendrick Building Contractors to replace the ceiling and paint my unit. Earth Zone Properties responded by saying that they will send an assessor and that my claim might be rejected.
