Poor property management from Earth Zone Properties

I’m a tenant at the Falls Lifestyle Estate in Little Falls. We have been paying our bills on a monthly basis but COJ disconnected water and electricity because the developers are owing the COJ some monies. We have been without water for a week now . Though the generator was mobilised to site to supply electricity there is no clear communication from earth zone of the exact issue and when the water and electricity will be permanently reconnected. I guess earthzone and the developers don’t care because they are not directly affected by this mess. They don’t even have a decency to arrange a taker with water. We have to drive daily to buy water and go to other people’s houses to use the loo. This is embarrassing!!

I just wish people don’t rent or buy any unit at the Falls Lifestyle Estate until this issues are resolved.
