Pay back my money

Earthzone refuse to pay me my refund. I was told I should get my refund 4-6 weeks after the property is registered to the new owner and its been 8 weeks since that was done. I spoke to Koketso, Belinda and Rene who have been handling this matter and they still give me the run around. They never available to answer calls and always not on they desk when I call to find out what is delay. I am getting excuses after excuses. I have everything in writing and have sent emails after emails but still 8 weeks late no refund is paid back to me. 8k is alot of money and I want it back.
