OUTDATED STATEMENT SEND TO OWNERS

I am dissatisfied with the service I receive from your company. I am constantly calling and emailing on a monthly basis to query outdated levy statements and am being charged collection fees despite paying the levies on the 30th of every month. This process consumes my time and takes away my peace. I am even thinking of selling my property because of this mess.

I would not recommend this company to anyone.
