Keep away from Earth Zone Properties
The service given by Earth Zone as a property management company is useless. My emails to Dina Annandale and Lelane at Earth Zone to deal with structural damage to the property they manage are ignored. They also don’t bother to share with me the contact details of the Body Corp Chairperson, with whom to address my grievances. This from a company who puts on their website that their company values are: professionalism, integrity, productivity. Keep away from doing business with this company. Ignoring emails and lack of professional customer service seems to be their strong suit.

08 Aug 2023, 20:14Seems many people have problems with this ***** company. Please inform yourself and file a complaint with the CSOS (Community Schemes Ombudsman Service). If enough of us lay a complaint against them, related to our individual cases, the Omnudsman, has to take a closer look at Earth Zone Properties. This is one recourse we have, against companies such as EZ.
