FIRE Earthzone as Managing Agent

I would give this company a rating lower than one star. My account was transferred to attorneys(SHULER HEERSCHOP PIENAAR), who are unjustly and outrageously billing me, even though I make monthly payments to reduce the balance. They assessed a legal fee of R400 in October, R2000 in November, and R7450 in December. In what way do you defend that and how will the debt be settled?
