Earthzone is the worst property administrator

If it was possible I would literally rate Earthzone properties a zero. Their service is absolutely appalling. I have waited for 5 months to get my refund from them. When they aren’t completely ignoring my emails they respond with empty promises of the payment… I then wait until the given deadline day… still no refund. I will then email, call and email again up to I don’t know how many times then another empty promise and the cycle starts again. I will never ever recommend them but seeing the other reviews this is the norm. They really do not care nor are they bothered by how the client is treated. Use them at your own risk.
