Earthzone

I own a property in a complex that is managed by Earthzone, my statement from Earthzone dont make no sense and when i ask them to explain it to me, i get no proper explanation for eg, how do they know how much water i will be using next month, and how much electricity? i feel Earthzone is robing the owners and nothing is been done, we cant affort lawyers and they are charging this rediculous amounts just so that we fail to pay and they can sell our properties,

This is so unfair
