Good day Hellopeter, My name is Allen, i bought a property where Earth Zone is the body corporate, when lockdown started, i made the arrangement with the bank for my house and my car, i tried to make arrangement with Earth Zone and the refused, i missed one instalment, and i paid the following months till today i have never missed and instalment, my rates and services instalment is less than R2000, and i have been paying R2000, there was a month i paid R3500 and another month i paid R2500, to my surprise my rates and services bill isnt going down instate it keeps on rising, every time i asked why is my bill so high, they hire someone new to handle my account, till today my bill is R 26000 i tried to make payment arrangements with them and they refused to make arrangements, i paid R 2000 on the 30th/06/22 and paid R10000 on the 6/07/22, the amount after allocating R2000 went up not down, now my account has been haded over to their lawyers and threatening to take legal action against me, is it legal to reject payment arrangements? this Earth Zone is up to taking peoples properties, when there lawyer said before they take legal action against me are they legal to start with,

HELLOPETER please help as i see this body corporate want to sell my house, when you pay your rates and service monthly, amount should reduce not increase,
