Do not do business with Earth zone properties

Do not ever buy or rent a property managed by Earthzone. Their employees are extremely rude, unprofessional, lack empathy, and have horrible attitude. They don’t provide solutions when you have a problem, instead they find a loophole of how they can reverse the issue to be about you and at the end of the day, you still are frustrated, don’t have a solution and your blood pressure is probably skyrocketed due to speaking to people who think they own the world just because they are on the other side of the call. I’m still asking myself what education level and IQ do these people have and how much are they compensated to behave like this. One of their portfolio managers named Koketso is street rude. I wonder where she was educated and she lacks customer management s****s, instead of listening to you, she speaks over you and when you reach her voice tone, she goes ghetto on you, saying nah nah nah, no body speaks to me like that. Stay away from Earthzone, I don’t care how nice is the home or commercial property that you want. Get another company. They shouldn’t have a business license.
