Hellopeter kindly assist me with th 0 rating of this company they do not deserve even 1 star.

The staff is so *********** we are been charged ridiculous amount of fees and they do not update their statements we have been complaining and complaining nothing really get resolve it looks like this a money making scheme were they will send you collection and Legal fees to gain to their pocket is it a company policy to to do this. Dianne is so *********** she always do a copy and paste to the statement, we have appointed a lawyer to take this matter on and they are still failing to produce the correct billing statement.
