Do not buy a property with Earth Zone as governing body

It completely saddens me that we feel like we have no rights and have been exploited and ****d to the maximum extend when it comes to companies like Earth Zone in this day and age. One gets the sense of complete arrogance and egotism to not have emails and calls responded too. To feel that they can increase levy tariffs by double without any explanations or tariff bills attached during tough economic and Covid 19 times. When companies are asked by authorities not to exploit people. They have hired completely uneducated, *********, untrained and down right rude staff is just the beginning when having to deal with Earth Zone as a managing agent of a property. I own a property in Krugersdorp and have been dealing with people by the likes of Dianne, Melissa and Unknown Elusive Trustees for the past 3 yrs. No help when something breaks on the property. No responses to any communication sent. Yet we paying for this service! Its barbaric. I am struggling to understand why they are a governing body to a property. The worst 3 years of my life. I will not be interested in a property if Earth Zone are involved. I will walk in the other direction. Regardless of how well priced or beautiful the property is. Surely there must be something one can do about this. Please advise on how I could take matters further. I would be interested to know.
