<p>Company claiming that they will take money from my deposit money , because of their incompetence.</p> <p>The property company Earth Zone are charging me compensation for their client (The owner)because they failed to get a tenant for the owner.</p> <p> </p> <p>The reason they give is that I did not give reasonable time for viewing , which is untrue , they attempted once in the seven weeks notice I gave to get hold of me. They called me on a Friday to make an appointment for the Saturday and I was on duty that Saturday thus I could not make it.</p> <p> </p> <p>So that is the reason they are using that the client did not get a tenant . They were busy calling a third party regarding my lease and thats why they could not get access for viewing who's fault is that ?</p> <p> </p> <p>Their contractual resposibility is to communicate with me and me only when it comes to my lease and they failed to do that.</p>
