Bad Property Management

If u want to play with money, invest with them. At first they present themselves as a Legit estate management group but they are law firm practicing as a property management company. They make people buy into their body corporate units so that they can take control of your sectional title without your say. They are not proper managers but sophistication lawyers. You will survive their levies first few years but they will make sure that they will adjust their rules when they feel like it is time for u to sell your unit. They will send you lawsuits over small stuff. When I bought my unit in 2020 it was said that there will be a swimming pool. It is 2025 and not sight of even a jojo water tank. Security is only available at night. Very badly management scheme. Foreigners are renting into their units as majority of locals sell them.
