Bad customer sevice

Levy payments are required to be made by the 7th of the month. I made payment on Sat 6 Nov. It reflected on their bank statement on 8 Nov so I was charged fees of R528. When I enquired my mails were either not answered or answered late or I got the same response for every mail - that payment is due by the 7th. I do not believe I receive the customer service I deserve as a customer that is never late with levy payments.
