Arrogant, *********** and Don't Communicate

Long time since Last Review but nothing changed. Annastacia is 100% correct. Unfortunately the arrogance starts from the top. 4 months ago our complex recently changed over to them due to mismanagement by previous Managing Agent. We do have a unique situation in that the complex is on two stands us with 2 units on one stand and 5 on the other stand. From the first bill I had issues with them. They are always right though. In the 4th month the finally conceded to removed the maintenance contribution from our Levy. They however are refusing to credit our accounts for the prior 3 months overcharges. In addition to this the Water computation is totally wrong. We installed our own meter that they read. However rather than use the corresponding COJ bill they do their own computation for us; The difference gets shared amongst the other 5 units. The result: October 2019 we were billed more than COJ billed the entire complex. Based on the above, I decided to do a full audit of this Budget and Levies. This time I found omisions and inaccuracies in the apportionment of the fixed costs. Hopefully they will fix this before the bill for end January. This is the last month of their probation and I am hoping that the Owners and Trustees get rid of them. They certainly on not worth the fee that they charge.
