Terrible and arrogant service brooklyn earth addict

Most terrible service. Bought a gift for my mother at Brooklyn Earth addict store. It was too small and she wanted to exchange it for a bigger size. She did not want any voucher or money back, only another size in exact the some item. The manager refused. This was not the first time that I received such terrible service at this store. I had a copy of my bankstatement, date and time when it was bought. The manager still refused to do any exchange. There is no notice in the store that no exchange can be made without a slip....
