Order gone wrong

As an Earth eddict loyal customer, it pains me to write this review as I've always received good service from you. But recently I visited Earth eddict in Clear Water mall. Not to mention the poor service I received but my complaint is about a pair of trousers I wanted to purchase but they didn't have my size (42). I then asked the lady on duty ( employee no ********** )to check which other branched have the size I wanted. She checked on the system and made a call to some branch in Pretoria. Then she advised me that they do have my size. I then request that the pants be delivered to truworths in bank city and she made arrangements. Yesterday to my surprise I received an sms stating that my order( ********** 7) was canceled as it was out of stock. I fail to understand how can that be because when I placed the order the pants where available. This morning I call head office to enquire about the strange message I received. I was told a long story by Poelo trying to explain that the pants where out of stock and the person that assisted me was supposed to advise me of the mature of the order as those pants where limited addition. I fail to understand how is that any of my business. All I know is I went to the shop and placed an order that I paid for and should have received by now. I was charged for the order and delivery. I do not want my account to be credited back all I want are those pants. Poelo adviced me that she logged a complaint(Ref 53104) and I will be contaced withing 3 days. I hope the call I receive will be regarding the delivery of my order not someone trying to explain what happened as I'm not interested in the logistics of your company. All I know is I need my other delivered ASAP. I hope this won't be the reason I close my account with truworths...
