Very Unprofessional

- I tried to use this business. - I booked appt for 24 April - When I arrived, they did not have my appointment on their system. - I rescheduled for 1 May (after being very accommodating and understanding). - On 1 May, I was called at 10h42 and was asked if my appt could be rescheduled as all staff did not arrive. Again, I was understanding and said I could reschedule to the next week, 15 May at 12h00. - Today, 11 May, I call to check my appt and guess what???? They do not have my appt and cannot even make a plan to accommodate me in the morning as per my request. Instead, the lady will e-mail the other clients already booked and let me know by Thurs if there is a slot. Not going out of their way to assist and make a way for their inconvenience. - The lady I spoke to was not helpful at all and I picked up a bit of an attitude. The call ended (weirdly) before I could get her name and now I cannot get through again. So strange.

Would not recommend.
