Pathetic services

I would like to Share a very disappointing experience at this place and stroppy attitude from the staff members and owner of this place.

They so quick to take on bookings via whatsap but when u receive a complimentary voucher everything suddenly needs to be done via email which never gets responded to.

I have been waiting since the 27th November for a follow-up and call from the owner including feedback from my appointment which I made via Email.

This place was highly recommended by a good friend but from the service we received I was very disappointed.

We pay for a service not shortcomings.

My nails including the friends I brought with are very damaged and cracked from the long wait.

The service is very pathetic and response.
