Earth Body & Skin no sense of honesty

I saw their wikideal on the 25th of July and contacted them to confirm if they take wikideals on a Saturday. The lady I was Speaking to via whatsapp confirmed that they do take wikideals on saturday. on the 27th of July I asked her to reserve space for 3 people for the 4th of August, since it's a day before my birthday. She said she will get back to me once the vouchers have been paid for.

On the 30th of July, I confirmed everything in terms of vouchers being received from wikideals. I communicated with them to confirm time. The lady said she will revert back to me. She sent me a voice note this morning telling me that the 4th is fully booked.

What is irritating me is that they did not confirm on time in terms the spa being booked for the date date required before I paid the voucher. An expectation has been created that my booking has been reserved.
