Unpaid long overdue refund

In July 2017 items were purchased from Earth Africa Curio. Overpayment was done to the amunt of R4 582.80. I have been calling, emailing and as of today 27 September 2017, no feedback as to when the payment will be processed. The only acknowledge receipt of my queries.
