Awesome service, Amazing Quality and Great people

I ordered goods to take overseas and be delivered urgently. The day before they were due to arrive I got a call to say that the exact goods that I had ordered were not available. They then went the extra ten - or should I say 100 miles to sort out my problem and in actual fact came up with a better solution than my original order. It is so seldom to find someone on the other side of the phone who is generous, solution orientated and on the customer's side. I am so relieved and grateful at the service and the quality of goods that I received.
