Terrible service

We went on the 29th of December 2021 at 9am. Jaco is an extremely rude person, He had booked 60 people and only 20 could go. He told the rest of us to wait 2 hours until he got back with the first lot of rafters. Unbelievably at 11am he then told us we had to wait until 1pm. I eventually insisted a refund and he reluctantly shoved my money at me. There were plenty unhappy customers.
