Terrible first experience for my 9 year old with no apology from Jaco or EA

We went River Rafting as a grade 3 team. Most of us it was our first time and definitely a first for our kids. This guy Jaco barely allowed me to sit before throwing our Canoe in the water, sending my child and i flying off our Canoe, with my son trapped under the canoe, the floating devices did not work very well when we went under. There was Chaos around with only 1 guy sitting on a canoe able to assist us up. It took both of us to try get my son on the canoe again, and this guy pulled me up by my helmet. Jaco has zero people skills and I think most of us parents, especially the Indian parents would agree. He yelled at us all the way, not just me, but everyone. A horrible first experience, and the wait getting to the transport and back is not pleasant, neither is the ride there safe or spacious. If you’re looking for adventure, you will find it here, if you’re looking for class- stay home.
