***** as hell!!!! I booked and paid for 5 quad bikes. Paid on 17 July to go on the 21st July. When we got there, they had only 4 bikes, one of which will be the guides bike. So 2 will be lifted. NOT WHAT I PAID FOR! I asked Jaco to rather refund me. He said the money does not reflect on his bank. It took him up to today- the 7th of August to refund me. Every time with some story. I also phoned the payment agency, so I know exactly when he was paid, and that was the Friday before we went there. The totally ****ed up a 16th birthday party. We went go garting in vanderbijl then, but that is besides the point. The plan was to go quad biking and then something else. We might even have opted for abseiling after that!! Who knows!
