shocking experience at Earth Adventures

DISGUSTING SERVICE!!! We booked a quad biking experience for 3 people Saturday. We confirmed the booking at 10 o'clock in the morning and when we got there before 13:00 pm they told us they are running behind due to another group. The bikes only arrived at 13:45. The bikes were all dirty and broken and looked like they were just picked up from the junk yard. The "instructor" then wanted to sit at the back of one of our bikes to lead the way because 4 of the other bikes over turned in the morning just before we had arrived. ABSOLUTE LIES!!! We were the only ones there for quad biking. They don't have more bikes and the bikes they do have are *******. When we said we did not like this as we were not experienced in it at all the owner said we are crazy and that is how they do it. The instructor then told us to go off on our own and explained the route to us. We left and just 4 minutes in the "owner" came speeding in her bakkie behind us, scaring us. She then ripped all keys out of the bikes not explaining anything. SHOCKING! She started swearing at us and telling us we are ******* and need help as there is something wrong with us????? The service is disgusting - actually there is no service at all. The 10 year old daughter also started shouting at us with her mother. We did exactly what was told and did not just go off on our own adventure. WORST SERVICE AND EXPERIENCE EVER!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND PETROL TO GO THERE! Most disorganised and rude company and false adverti*****t! If I could give minus stars I would. 1 star is even too much.
