Poor Business,Poor Service,Poor Attitudes

Earth Adventures in Parys was the worst place to visit,the staff members were just rude and the owner just had a don't care attitude towards people of colour didn't engaging us let alone apologise

We booked a paint ball activity with a group of friends,the owner was well over 2 hours late and didn't feel the need to apologise,an argument ensued between the owner and his staff members and they started swearing and shouting at us...so much for being customer centric,fearing for our safety we decided to leave the venue and ultimately losing out on an experience and money we paid for the event.Still waiting to hear from the owner / manager about a possiblr refund.had we been late their whole thing would've been cancelled on the basis that we didn't keep to the schedule and it yet they were not bothered with keeping us waiting for over 2hours and still had the audacity to fight with us as paying customers needless to say that I will not be using their services and would strong not recommend them either
