Disgusting Service!!!

After PAYING for a voucher I tried 5 times to book for my husbands Birthday, I called, and emailed and followed up, and received the RUDEST RUDEST treatment!!!

He made me feel like booking was a burden and he was doing me some kinda favour! Then when I reached out for the 5th time, the call ended with him telling me to request a refund!

He didnt make any effort to assist me!

What kind of business is run like this??
