I rented to huy a car at earn a car in 2014 a chev spark...I have had it till last year April when I got retrenched.. As there is a policy around retrenchment I advised earnacar about my situation and asked for some linency till I get some monies to settle..I was met with so much inconsideration and they even took back the car...a week ago which is a year later got summons that I owe them 37ks for service and maintenance on the car ..I never missed a service..and I looked after the car like it was my own as I fell in love with it and didn't want to loose it.bought mags and kept it well and clean...am not working now and I font have the 37ks..this is so unfair on me as I have asked them to give me a chance last year to pay it off and they refused I am sure they still sold the car at more than what my valance was.. It was 139ks and I was left with only 30_34ks to finish it and own it..so feel this is so unfair to me..they are really ripping people off...can someone please hear my plea and assist me..I have no job noe and that kind of money...they never called me to say what they will do with the car or how they are going to assist me...
