PROBLEMS WITH EARN A CAR IN KEMPTON PARK GAUTENG

Good day

I would like to know what I can do with Earn A Car in Kempton Park.

I rented a car with Earn A Car in Kempton Park for a 54 month contract.

I was involved on an accident in 2016, I was assured that the person who caused the accident would pay back my access money, which Earn A Car told me has to be paid befor I can get my car so I did pay the access and the man who caused the accident will pay back the money with monthly instalments. Till to date I haven't received anything, each I when I query, I am told that the issue will be resolved.

This year in January I was involved in another accident to another driver being neglected on the road, since the 11th January 2019 my car is has been in repairs with Earn A Car , I am not sure what company they are using to fix my car, a week and a half ago my hushband went to collect my car, he did not collect it due to the car was not repaired up to standard, i received an email from the panel beater Quinton assuring me my car will be ready the 13 March 2109, he mailed me back to say the car was not ready and to give him another day, the 15 March 2019 I sent a cancellation letter to cancel my contract with Earn A Car they are requesting me to pay the access, whereby the person at that time Thabiso reassured me that the perso n who caused the accident, her inssured with pay for everything including my access, I have so many stories with this car dealership it is not even funny, there employees do not last at that company, I was dealing with Thabiso when the accident accoured, if I did not call a week layer to ask about my car and the fixing if it I would noy have know that he does not work there anymore,

Please this company has cost my double expenses over these months and still acspect me to to pay my monthly instalments, when ever I query then the are quick to call and give me alot of stories, I am reminded every month with a sms that my debit orderd om my car will go off on the 1st of every month, I am still waiting for my access money for the accident in 2016,

I am in contact with a claire at there customer service and I dont know what she has accomplished, cause I cant see anything being done.

Please I need assistants I am tired and fedup with Earn A Car in Kempton Park.
