Money not returned

I put a deposit down of 19000 for a car on the 08/07/2015 and was told the car would be available in the next week. I then waited over a week and had still received nothing from them,just to be told that the car had electrical issues. I then requested via email that my money be refunded back hence i can not get a car that already had issues. I was told that i would get my money back in 7 working days. but to date I still haven't received anything.These guys are *********** and they do not respond to emails. My advise, Never do business with them PLEASE!
