Exceptionally bad service ever.

I had dealt with Eran a car. And I have to say that I am highly dissapointed with their service. They leased me a Chevrolet Aveos, and I have had the car for 1 Month. I had been retrenched, and I had no money to pay them their first installment. They immobilized the vehicle, and it has been standing at my property for almost 2 months now. They are still pushing up the payments, after I had explained to them that I can not afford the payments, and I had informed them that I was going to be evicted from my premises by the end on August. No reply was delivered, and They expect me to pay them a R1,500.00 fee to collect the vehicle.

As far as I understand, this is a rent to own. If I do not have the funds, they should make arrangements to collect the vehicle, and remove me from their list. I had paid a R14,000.00 deposit on this car. and I do not expect this to be returned to me.

However I would appreciate it if someone would contact me via e-mail to make arrangements to remove the vehicle, and not charge me a return fee. E-mail me on ********** to make arrangements to remove this vehicle.
