BAD SERVICE FROM THE COMPANY

A Car charges me for Insurance, billed me incorrectly for something I paid for personally from my own pocket and you just get a sorry. I got into an accident and pay for Insurance which I'm supposed to get a hired car which I don't have because they are out of Hired Car's and I get another SORRY for the inconvenience. They approved and sent my car to Axi Dent Benoni Panel Beaters who claim to have replaced my left mirror which fell apart the next day after I fetched it from them. I'm currently driving a car that has no mirror and they quick to tell you immobilise my vehicle because of short payments for an account that is still under investigation. They bill you incorrectly and just simply say SORRY and expect you to understand while their own staff can't do their job or have any customer care nor follow up. The inconvenience I have had since Dec 2014 and no proof of a new mirror replace is expected to be understandable to receive a simple sorry. I still have not received proof of the mirror that was replaced & expected to pay for it. My car was taken away from me for the whole week only to fix a stupid mirror and kilometres added as I could see my car was driven around.
