Bad Service

I rented to buy a Renault Sandero at Earn a car on the 12/12/19 and by the 25th of December 2019 it gave me a thousands problems; Petrol pump damaged, cam belt damaged and shocks. when I went through the service book of the car I realized that it was last serviced in 2014. On the 25th I got a breakdown and I called a roadside assistance. since the car went to the tow services until now. They don't want to pay for what was done went it got to the mechanic. I don't want that car anymore its either they change that car because I don't trust it anymore or they give me my money back because this is bad service.
