Bad attitude

The owner of Earl's Plumbing in Cape Town came speeding up my tiny cul-de-sac road and almost hit my dog with his van. Luckily I could get to her in time. I asked the owner/driver why he is driving so fast up such a small suburban street. No apology was forthcoming, just a terrible attitude and a "I wasn't even driving fast!!!". I will never trust someone like this in my home.
