Earl daniels designs

The design / quotation phase started off excellently with Earl Daniels. Decisions were made and we decided to go with him for the install of our kitchen. Deposit was paid and Earl promised to install in the next 2 weeks. 2 weeks later and a partial install was done in the scullery with numerous missing / non - functional parts.Earl had some flooding issues and a family death and cited those reasons for the delay. This continued for a while and we started losing patience as we were living in total dissaray for a weeks awating Earl. Continous promises of delivery by Earl were not met and words exchanged. Therafter Earl sent me an email citing me as a 'red flag' for the install and hes is suspending work at my place. Very odd, that the constomer who was awating delivery was a 'red flag'. He would reconcile the account and pay me whats due. 6 weeks later, pretty much 2 calls a day I have not received a cent back. Earl doesnt take calls , and in the odd event he does , he promises to pay the amount. So Earl danials designs not only left me with a 20 percent non functional installation , but also a dent in my pocket and awaiting my refund. I have subsequently found a new contractor to complete my installation. Unfortunately I do not recommmend this company due to the terrible experience we have encountered.
