Great staff. I took my brother in law there and Monique has been so helpful. She's gone far and beyond. Just to help us. Though my brother's hearing is at its worst, she was patient and caring. She made sure to help him. She made plans far and beyond her scope of involvement. I am beyond words. She truly CARES.
