Unprofessional Service by Management

Even after several e-mails confirming the details of the event our booking made were wrong. After stating this we were made out as making the booking wrong and were dealt with on a extremely unprofessional and rude manner. We, my guest and I had to wait around 30 - 45 minutes for Amanda (event co-ordinator) or even a staff member to get back to us with regards to the table to be made available to us. This is not the first time this occurred after making a booking. We are very dissapointed in the service and \welcome"received and the way we were handled infront of other guests. <br> <br> Further to this when we wanted to order pizza's we were told that they ran out of bases for the pizzas. <br> <br> Never going back there again. Dissapointed that such an fantastic location and venue could turn out to be dissapointing"
