Cancelation of function two weeks beforehand!!

<p>I just want to express my utmost disappointment in the service we got from Eaglevlei Restaurant.</p> <p>We booked our father's 70th birthday function with them in September already for January! Two weeks beforehand they contact me to say that management has now decided to close that day?! After numerous e-mails confirming all is in order invitations out and everything booked for the day, they cancelled on us. 100% is what i got the whole time from them saying yes yes all in order. All arrangements made for that day, we had to run around trying to get another venue which is nearly impossible at this time of year. Very unprofessional and worst service ever. I do not want others to go through the same experience as we did. Eaglevlei should really up their client service as this was the worst experience ever, never have i been so mad, disappointed and frustrated !</p>
