Bad service and no response from management

Booked table for function well in advance. Asked for food to be ready at 1:00.<br> o Ordered juice on tables - there was no juice on the tables.<br> o Food was not ready at 1:00 - was only ready at 14:15!!!<br> o Did not have glass glasses - they ran out of glasses. Ased if we would drink out of plastic cups... really now!!!??? They knew well in advance we were coming.<br> o We had one waiter for all of us - he could not deal with so many people on his own.<br> o Had buffet - all the people that ate the pork, was sick for 2 days!!<br> Reported this to management - no reply - they simply do not care!!
