2 hours long for our food to be served!!!

We arrived at the restaurant at 14:00 and waited for 2hours for our food and when my friend and I tried to reach/speak to the Manager, he rushed to the kitchen to check what was the delay and Marli had a decency to tell us that our order was placed an hour and half ago not 2hrs as we said. She continued to say our order is taking long because we are 15+ people \we are more than average"and they \""have to make food for the kids first\"""
