Do not want to refund!

Booked accommodation in October Through [URL Removed] by Eagles Nest, at the time my baby was 10 months old and on [URL Removed] it ask you amount of adults and kids. to which i put 4adults and 1 child of 10months.<br> we arrive on the 31st of December at the place and paid the deposit beforehand. Arrived there and the owner Constant did not want to take us in because we had a child with and a child is not allowed there which to us made us feel very unwelcomed because we came there he did not greet us in a good manner all he asked is the child with you because kids are not welcomed.<br> he told us we cannot stay there and this was on the 31st of December 2015, and we asked our deposit money back and he said no. he said it says on the form no kids are allowed?? when i booked with other places and said i have a baby with ppl told me we could not book there as kids are not allowed as with this booking no one made it clear to me... on this site on Eagles Nest it says CHILDREN OVER 14 ARE ALLOWED... right enough is says that but on another point it says THERE IS NO SPACE CAPACITY FOR COTS, to which you can think then babies are in a way allowed! in no way does it state babies are not allowed!
