Yet another unhappy customer

We were interested in 3D Printing and on 14 Jan our newsagent had new partwork \3D Create and Print""; still waiting for Parts 2 and 3 and 8-11. Customer services ****; saying that I'd placed late order after Part 7 produced; and that they'd had to order back issues; despite my checking that I'd bought on first day. Now all issues are marked as unavailable. I've given them 2 weeks to sort out;or reimburse me and warned of County Court action if not; but not hopeful that they will fulfil their side of the bargain. Since the thing is useless without the missing parts; I've also told them that I don't want the parts already received - unless they satisfy their contract; it's voidable and they can pay for return of stuff cluttering up my house. We'll see what happens;but everyone seems to have problems with this company."""
