Missing Delorean editions - no response

I have been contacting Eagle-moss since August 2019 regarding the missing editions of my Delorean model as well as the stopping on edition 100. No more editions provided. Those that purchased their collection at CNA have already completed their models, but I wait in limbo. This is the worst service ever received.
