Knit & Stitch - pathetic service

As a keen knitter, I found this new series of books , knit & stitch at my local Checkers Hyper. Decided I would order the whole series and pay for books, wool and gift to be delivered. This was in May!!! The shops are selling the knitting series books 20 and up and I am still waiting for book 8 upwards! The email address - *** goes unanswered, phone calls are full of promises and nothing materialises. Am I the only one with this pathetic service?
