Eaglemoss sa takes time to deliver

I placed an order for a graphic novel on the 26th of November. It is now 25 December and my package is yet to be delivered. I have contacted Eaglemoss these past weeks and they keep pushing back the delivery date. The last time I called, the lady told me that my package is still lying at a warehouse somewhere. I am not at all happy with the way they do things. Starting to think I'll never receive my package
