*****, unfinished projects and bad workmanship

We wanted to install a Jacuzzi and Eagle Works said that they can do it. Because we used them before for other work, we instruct them to go ahead. We had to pay 90% deposit and the rest when the project was finished. We were in Bloemfontein at that stage and the work had to be done in Sunwich Port, KZN. They had 4 months to complete the job. They forward us photos of the progress and then of the finished Jacuzzi and we were stupid enough to pay them the full amount. As we got there, we discovered that the Jacuzzi was not level installed and the electrical work was not done. We contacted them, but they were too busy to attend. When we pour in the water, everything was leaking from underneath. When we opened up to see the pipework, we discovered that nothing was connected. They also took out the heater of the Jacuzzi. We contacted them again to tell them that we are not satisfied and we want our money back. They rep**** that they don't want to talk to us anymore and we must go to an attorney. We lost R11000 as everything must be done over. Be very careful of them (Eagle Works). BE CAREFUL. It seems that they are used to running away with clients money.
