Staff with Huge attitude

I wanted to take the family out for fishing on Saturday 28/02/2016.<br> <br> I phoned Eagle Waters Resort to ask them if they have any Chalets available. I spoke to Simphiwe and he said \yes\" they have a six sleeper. We are 7 people, the youngest is 11 years old. <br> <br> I explained to him very humbly that he can charge me an extra fee for the youngest and that i'll bring her a sleeper bed. <br> <br> Then he goes off and tells me that there is nothing he can do and i should not talk to him again. Then i asked \"where is the lady that used to work there, i think her name was Janet\". And again he gives me attitude and tell me that she doesn't work there and i should to talk to her instead!?<br> <br> I have been going there for the last 4 years now and i never had a bad display of hospitality like this.<br> <br> I can't see the reason why Eagle Waters Resort would employ people that gives customers attitude?!<br> <br> Ashraf Jacobs<br> "
