May we please get our deposit back

I'm very disappointed at this resort. My friends an i booked a weekend away with them only for them to Cancel on the last minute and after they had taken our deposit. What is sad is that they did not inform us we found out by calling to confirm our booking only to be told different stories such as they only allow day visits, then later it changed to they are renovating and eventually they only take company booking. when you log onto their web site there is nothing stating any of the above. We spoke to a guy called Richard who is the one giving us different stories on why they re not able to accommodate us even after they had taken our deposit. We are now currently struggling to get the refund back from them and they keep giving stories in regards to getting out money back. This is the worst i have come across in regards to service. May we please get our refund back the booking reference number is ***6
